Project Goals

The company was experiencing significant service issues associated with its information technology applications and infrastructure after incurring budget and staffing cuts. Management desired to understand what the appropriate budget and staffing levels should be.

• Review existing information technology organization and processes against business needs
• Determine appropriate budgets, organizational structure and size, processes, and supporting toolsets for the company’s information technology operations based on business requirements
• Create a roadmap/plan for achieving the desired state
