Client

One of the largest U.S. law firms representing management in the areas of labor, employment, civil rights, employee benefits, and immigration law. The firm has a national presence with 33 offices and more than 800 people.

Project Goals

The firm wished to implement an ability to provide and track learning across its multiple offices. Specific goals were to:

• Clarify and document the learning requirements of the firm
• Select an appropriate cloud-based service that would meet those needs
• Implement the selected service

Deliverables

The project delivered a Learning Management System (LMS) service that met the overall requirements of the firm
